5 Element Yoga is soil for cultivating a living experience of the elements within our selves. The elements are the building blocks of our body, energy, constitution, and everything in the universe. When our internal elements are balanced, we are in harmony with the changing seasons and natural world. When our elements are out of balance, we feel our equilibrium is disrupted, run-down, and our poise lacking. Balancing the elements with yoga allows our natural constitutions to come into perfect equilibrium so that we may enjoy increased health, happiness, and inner peace.

This program is intended for you to deepen your yoga practice as a potent tool for beginners, experienced yoga students, yoga teachers, and healers. Drawing from Ayurvedic and Yogic traditions, we will explore the 5 Elements and their corresponding chakras, earth, water, fire, air and ether with our practice of yoga posture, breath, mudra meditation and deep guided relaxation, Yoga Nidra. Bring your elements into balance to awaken and cultivate your innate vitality in all levels of mind, body, and spirit.
